Honey Sriracha Skewers

BBQ Chicken and Bacon Skewers

Quick and simple, these delicious skewers are ideal for grilling outdoors. Or cook them in a cast-iron grilling pan for authentic BBQ flavor made right inside your kitchen.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4


  • 1 (1.5 lb) pack chicken tenders, cut into 1″ pieces
  • 8 pieces bacon, cut into 1″ pieces
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped (optional)


Thread chicken and bacon on skewers, with a piece of bacon between every piece of chicken. In a large bowl, stir together BBQ sauce, honey and Sriracha. Drizzle half of the BBQ mixture over the skewers. Grill skewers over medium or medium-high heat, basting with sauce until chicken is cooked through, about 12-17 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired. Enjoy!
